Job Title: Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) - Night
Shifts
Position Type: Full-time
Hours: 36-42 hours per week
Compensation: Starting from £19 per hour
Location: Near Cleckheaton

Care Home, located near Cleckheaton, is a stunning building
offering nursing, residential, and dementia care services for
individuals over the age of sixty-five. Our dedicated and well-trained
staff provide high-quality accommodation and care, ensuring our
residents feel at home and actively participate in daily
decisions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including
administering medication and treatments.
- Conduct
assessments and develop care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic
care delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation and
comply with regulatory standards.
- Foster a supportive
and compassionate environment for residents.
Requirements
- Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery
Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN).
- Minimum
of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a care home
or residential setting.
- Excellent clinical skills and
knowledge, with a focus on providing person-centered care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to build rapport with residents, families, and
colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively within a
multidisciplinary team, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and
professionalism.
- Commitment to continuous professional
development and learning, staying informed about industry trends and
advancements.
