Staff Nurse - RGN / RMN
Hourly Rate -
£ 20.50
Hours per week - 24 - 48
Shifts - Nights (08:00 pm to 07:15 am)

client in Hampshire.

Responsibilities as Staff Nurse:
- Take charge of our 38-bed home,
overseeing both nursing (approx 26 beds).
- Collaborate
with three dedicated Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) during night
shifts.
- Maintain the home's outstanding reputation and
uphold the high standards set by the Care Quality Commission
(CQC).
- Foster a family-like environment by promoting a
friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role,
demonstrating leadership and managerial skills.
- Possess
a valid driver's license and access to a car, as public transport
options are limited.
- Ideally located within the local
area to ensure convenience and timely availability.
