Job Title: Staff Nurse (Day and Night Shift Mix)
Location: Sutton-in-Ashfield
Hourly Rate: Up to £19.96 per hour
Weekly Hours: 42 hours per week

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our in-house team of dedicated professionals. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and rehabilitation services to our residents. The role involves a mix of day and night shifts to ensure comprehensive support for our residents throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care with a focus on rehabilitation and recovery.
  • Collaborate with a team of Registered Nurses, trained Health Care Assistants, and Life Skills Facilitators to deliver holistic care.
  • Encourage self-development, self-confidence, and improved emotional well-being among residents.
  • Implement and oversee care plans, ensuring individualized support for each resident.
  • Monitor and assess residents' health, responding to their evolving needs.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a supportive and empowering environment.



Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC PIN.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Passion for person-centered care and rehabilitation.
