Static Mechanical Building Services Engineer

A leading Building services maintenance contractor has a key requirement for a Static Mechanical Building Services Engineer. Static Mechanical Building Services Engineer will be carrying out maintenance and repairs on HVAC and mechanical building services systems within an NHS health care centre.

This is a static position working 8-4.30 Monday to Thursday being paid up to 32k basic + overtime + package

As the Successful Static Mechanical Building Services Engineer, you will be:

• Static Mechanical Building Services Engineer will be performing mechanical maintenance on building service plant and systems.
• Static Mechanical Building Services Engineer will be working on HVAC equipment.
• Static Mechanical Building Services Engineer will be able to carry out fault finding on HVAC equipment such as VRV/ VRF
• Static Mechanical Building Services Engineer will be able to carry out small plumbing repairs such as tap checks
• Static Mechanical Building Services Engineer will be able to carry out small electrical repairs like sockets and switches
• Static Mechanical Building Services Engineer will be a static site based in Croydon

As the Successful Static Mechanical Building Services Engineer, you will have:

• Static Mechanical Building Services Engineer will have experience working on Mechanical plant systems/ HVAC equipment.
• Static Mechanical Building Services Engineer will have qualifications in mechanical engineering or plumbing.
• Static Mechanical Building Services Engineer will ideally have an F-gas or Domestic gas tickets, but not essential
• Static Mechanical Building Services Engineer will have strong communication skills.
• Static Mechanical Building Services Engineer will live commutable distance to Croydon

Static Mechanical Building Services Engineer will be paid up to 32k basic + overtime + package
