**Exclusive Opportunity**

Our Clients a well established leading FM Company they are offering a Full Time Permanent opportunity for a Static Engineer to over see a portfolio of high end commercial properties in the stunning area of London Mayfair.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing all compliance on site including; fire management, electrical compliance, water treatment, health & safety, FGAS, insurance items, pressure systems, waste etc. 
  • Responsible for ensuring all ppm maintenance tasks are raised, performed correctly and completed to the agreed SLA’s.
  • Review and manage all subcontractor works, service reports, failures, quotes, remedials and singing off completed works.
  • Responsible for ensuring all pre-planned maintenance is complete.
  • Oversee all engineering staff under your control.
  • Client management - dealing with any issues arising
  • Supporting the on-site Contract Support Administrator to ensure distribution of planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Manage any hazards that arise on site from reporting to rectification.
  • Managing permits on site for other engineers/sub-contractors along with reviewing risk assessments and method statements.
  • To organise teams leave and cover.
  • To attend regular meetings with the client and ensuring monthly reports are submitted.
  • To be part of a call out rota for static site and to be the escalation for engineers.
  • Responsible for carrying out plant room inspections and monthly audits.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for the Supervisor role;

  • To have qualified experience in electrical and mechanical systems (Technical).
  • All round knowledge of typical building services i.e. LV distribution, water services, mechanical plant etc.
  • L8 Awareness - essential and IOSH qualifications - desirable.
  • You must have a helpful and professional approach to ensure a good working relationship with the client.
  • You must have good IT skills and able to use all Office platforms i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
