• Compliant with all health and safety requirements and adhere to best working practices
• Undertake various tasks including general maintenance, installation, decoration, and basic plumbing

What you'll need to succeed

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• Carpentry, painting, changing doors and locks
• A trade qualification would be beneficial
