Full Job Description
Store Manager is required for a Specialist Tour Operator. You
will provide an exceptional service, selling luxury holidays to direct
customers from their lovely shop in North London along with coaching
and guiding a dedicated travel team. You will have bundles of
enthusiasm for travel, sales and leadership. You will also be a sought
after leader and have experience managing a team of Travel
Specialists.
Store Manager Responsibilities:
- Maximising sales and maintain exceptional relationships with direct customers
- Providing exceptional service to customers
- Track record of coaching and guiding a sales team
- Be a leader, and set an example
- Provide expert travel advice on specialist destinations
- Strive to exceed revenue targets for the store
Store Manager Skills:
- Proven experience in a Management in the travel sector (highly desirable)
- Genuine interest in the travel industry
- First hand travelling knowledge
- Upbeat,outgoing personality is essential
- Ambitious and target driven
Agency Sales Consultant Additional Information:
- Competitive basic salary and commission structure offered
- Educational Trips to specialist destinations
- Mon - Fri 9am-5:30pm, every other Saturday Saturdays (weekday off in lieu)
