Our client is a global luxury brand, known for their craftsmanship in all of their products across leather goods, accessories and ready to wear. We have an exiting opportunity to join as a Store Manager in Central London. As a Store Manager you will lead and motivate your team, whilst overseeing daily operations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience that aligns with the company's heritage.

This is an opportunity for an individual currently in a Store Manager position within a boutique environment with a strong focus on CRM and service excellence.

Store Manager responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the store team to increase sales through exceptional leadership
• Manage all financial aspects such as budgets, forecasting, and analysing sales data
• Overview all operational procedures in the store
• Implement marketing strategies and promotional events to drive brand visibility and new clientele
• Training and coaching
• Keep on top of market trends and competitor activity to identify growth and opportunities

On offer is a competitive salary of up to £60,000 with bonus potential, lunch and clothing allowance, pension and much more.
