Job Overview:

As a Store Operations Manager at Heytea, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of multiple stores within a designated region. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, achieving sales targets, and upholding the Heytea brand standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.


Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of Heytea stores within the assigned region.

Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Team Management:

Recruit, train, and develop store managers and staff.

Provide leadership and support to foster a positive and high-performance culture.

Conduct regular performance evaluations.

Financial Management:

Develop and manage budgets for each store.

Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve sales and profit goals.

Customer Experience:

Monitor and address customer feedback and concerns.

Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.

Strategic Planning:

Proven experience in multi-unit management, preferably in the retail or food service industry.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Flexibility to travel within the assigned region.
