What you’ll do

Your key accountabilities will include   

  • Support the delivery of our Convenience Channels and Food Group sales, availability and waste targets.
  • Be accountable for the store level forecast and allocation for your 50 Moto Convenience stores in two forecasting systems – RELEX and Quantum.
  • Actively seek opportunities to improve store sales, availability and waste to drive positive LFL business performance.
  • Identify and agree focus stores on a quarterly basis with your Retail and Partner colleagues, these will be key to driving performance and hitting key KPIs.
  • Support our Commercial teams in delivering brilliant Events and Phases with accurate stock placement and reacting to Partner/Retail feedback. Utilise all tools and resources to provide accurate reporting, performance updates and data insight. 

Who you are

Your skills and experience will include 

  • Strong mathematical skills key – preferable to have some forecasting/allocation experience on RELEX.
  • Strong analytical skills – able to interpret data and offer solutions to improve performance in store.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and competent in Microsoft Excel.
  • Problem solving – ability to resolve complex issues, take risks and react with pace.
  • Decision-making – ability to make decisions quickly based on varying levels of information.
