Job Title: Storekeeper

Location: St Andrews, Scotland

Contract: Full-time, Permanent 

We are looking for a committed Storekeeper to join our fantastic Back of House team at Fairmont St Andrews. 

You will receive, store and issue all supplies and equipment for the day to day hotel operations. Ensure all products are available at all times in a structured and established organisation throughout the resort.

A little bit about what you will be doing:

• Assist in the loading of all products necessary to the operation of the Food & Beverage Department
• Ensure lines are clean at every outlet as well as mobile bars as required
• Ensure cleaning of all storage facilities in accordance to the Public Health procedures and standards
• Assist in ordering food & beverage from selected suppliers and according to established best pricing/ negotiated deals
• Monitor Waste disposal and refer offenders to relevant department heads

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential
