Student Data Manager & Timetabling Officer | Newham
An exceptional secondary school in Newham is seeking a school professional with data analysis and Nova-T experience to join their team as a Student Data Manager & Timetabling Officer.
They are searching for a committed, enthusiastic, and high calibre Student Data Manager and Timetabling Officer to join their team, with the flexibility to work remotely/hybrid working. You will ensure that our hardworking staff receive the support that they need so that they can perform their duties to the highest standard.
Student Data Manager & Timetabling Officer job summary:
- Salary is £34,940 - £37,189 per year depending on experience.
- To manage the use of the School Information Management System (SIMS) by setting up effective processes to collect and analyse data.
- Lead, manage and develop other members of the data management team.
- To be responsible for writing the school timetable with the support of the lead SLT, using Nova-T and producing the duties and mentoring rotas each year.
Student Data Manager & Timetabling Officer job requirements:
- Degree or high level qualification and have an excellent level of numeracy and literacy.
- Must have experience with Nova-T and school data analysis.
- Able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative, self-motivation, and drive. Working to agreed deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Excellent level of IT skills. Must have high level of skills and experience of MS Office applications.
- Must be able to work under pressure adapting to changing priorities.
