Job Duties

VDOT, Hampton Roads District, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to serve as a Maintenance Superintendent within the Franklin Residency. As the Maintenance Superintendent, you will plan, develop, deliver and operate all aspects of the Franklin Residency maintenance and construction program in accordance with established safety standards, VDOT specifications and procedures, and equipment operational standards. This position will review, plan, and schedule maintenance requests, prioritize needs, and determine equipment, labor, materials, and methods for maintenance, repair/replacement of a variety of projects. Will ensure compliance with environmental requirements and provide technical expertise to solve problems.
