Supervising Social Worker - No Form Fs

salary up 41,052 per annum + 2,000 car allowance

NonStop Care is working with one of the most reputable Independent Fostering Agencies in the country in order to help them recruit for a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.

The responsibilities of the Supervising Social Worker will be to provide support and supervision to a small caseload of about 10 - 12 foster carers. The foster carers are located across Croydon, Wandsworth, Surrey, Streatham, Beckenham, Kingston & Thornton Heath.

Your role will be just supervision and support, so you will not have to complete Form F Assessments on top. They have a separate team of Independent Social Workers that are doing the Form Fs for them.

You will be joining a fostering agency with a Good Ofsted rating and with a very good reputation. They are therapeutic and they provide ongoing therapeutic training to all of their Social Workers and to the foster families.

This is a fully home based role offering you a lot of flexibility.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or within a LAC team. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
