Fire and Security Supervisor - Kent / East Sussex

• Basic from 46k to 48k
• 22days holiday, rising with service to 25

Our client, a reputable Fire and Security company with over two decades of service in the Kent and Sussex regions, caters to a diverse clientele including Commercial, Public Sector, and Industrial sites. Due to expansion, they seek a Fire and Security Supervisor to support their Service and Installation managers.

Responsibilities of a Fire and Security Supervisor:

This role entails a hybrid combination of office and fieldwork, with an approximate split of 60/70% office-based.

You will be supporting both the Install and Service Departments in line with the Managers

• Team Oversight: Lead a team of Fire and Security Engineers.
• Technical Oversight: Conduct technical audits and engineer training.
• Support Functions: Offer technical support to both customers and engineers.
• Calibration: Perform meter calibration.
• Training Program: Develop and implement a training program for trainee technicians, overseeing their progress and fostering ongoing development.

Requirements:

• Experience: A competent fire and security engineer with a minimum of 8 years' experience, ideally at a senior level
• Salary: Basic salary up to 48k and 22days holiday rising to 25 + BH's.
