We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor/Machine Operator to join our clients dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of their manufacturing processes while leading and motivating a team of fabric machine operators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the production floor, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Set up and operate non- woven machines to produce high-quality fabric according to specifications.
• Train and mentor machine operators, providing guidance and support to optimize performance.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow as needed to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machines to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. 
• with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a fabric machine operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
