The School and Role
We are currently seeking to appoint a Supply Teaching Assistant to work within a school in Newcastle upon Tyne. As a Supply Teaching Assistant you will be working in small groups supporting learners who have special educational needs. This is a primary class where the learners are working at a early years level.
The school are seeking someone who can be adaptable, resilient and hwo can pick things up quickly. This is a complex and fast paced environment so experience is essential!
The desired Supply Teaching Assistant will have;
- Experience of working with students with Autism or other additional needs
- A passion for education and helping people
- A nurturing and engaging personality
