The Day Opportunities Centre is open Mon-Fri and we provide a variety of different sessions to those we support, both in the Centre itself and out in the community i.e. arts and crafts, travel training, internet safety and I.T skills, bowling, swimming, independent living skills, cookery, money management, social eyes, work prep, photography, creative writing, gardening, trampoline etc. We work with the people we support to set targets to work towards in their sessions to develop skills whilst also giving them opportunity for valuable social interaction.
