Support Worker - Exeter

Full Job Description

Interaction Recruitment are currently looking to recruit Support Worker’s to work within a variety of environments within the Exeter area .You’ll be enabling residents to get the most out of life, supporting individuals to maintain relationships with family and friends and gain the ability to move on to more independent living when they’re ready. The service requires waking nights, supporting the residents and being on hand to support anyof there needs.. 

The Role:

• Assisting with daily living and domestic duties
• Developing positive working relationships
• Ensuring that the health, safety and welfare of clients is always protected
• Maintaining accurate and up to date reports such as support plans
• Respect the individuality and confidentiality of each client
• Build and maintain relationships with service users.

As a Support Worker - the following experience and characteristics are considered essential to the role:

• A minimum of 6 months experience within a healthcare environment
• The ability to be patient & calm under pressure
• Easily adaptable to new environments
• Reliable & trustworthy
• Eligible to work in the UK -Right to work.
• Access to your own transport is desirable, however this is not essential
