Vibrance has an exciting opportunity available for a Support Worker to join our team based in Wanstead E11 . You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis , working 37 hours per week, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £23,177 per annum.

About the Project Support Worker role:
Sylvan road is a registered Mental health service to 4 people who require varying support. This includes working with Mental Health, ageing needs, mobility issues, including supporting people to mobilise in their wheelchairs.
As our Support Worker , you will be expected to work a shift pattern that includes early, late & waking- night shifts including at weekends and bank holidays.
Skills and experience of our ideal Support Worker :
- A caring, patient nature
- The ability to follow instruction
- A willingness and desire to develop
- Effective communication skills in written and spoken English
