Reablement Support Worker
At Nexxus Care our Reablement Support Workers are supporting clients to remain in their own home for as long as possible by regaining their independence and introducing new skills. The role of our Reablement Te am is to provide short-term home care and reablement whilst focusing on independence and wellbeing. This may include
- up to 28 days annual leave
- excellent rates of pay of £12 per hour
- paid travel time/full shift allowance
- 35p per business mile
- weekly pay
- enhanced bank holiday rates of up to £24ph*
- Good communication and interpersonal skills including showing empathy to service users
- Presenting a positive outlook
- Able to adapt and respond to change
- Flexible to cover multiple areas
- Willing to support a variety of need including personal and intimate care needs
- Possess a caring nature
- Attend induction training and complete e-learning
