Are you seeking a new challenge and opportunity to lead and manage
a Supported Living service for adults with learning disability and
complex needs?

Working for a reputable and established
organisation who provide support to adults with learning disability,
brain injuries, autism and complex needs across England and Wales, we
are seeking a skilled Supported Living manager to work across 2
services in Carlisle. This is a permanent and full time role of 37.5
hours per week.
The role will be to provide the leadership and
management of 2 services supporting adults with learning disability
and support needs. You will be responsible for the day to day running
of the services, and ensure the safety of the service, working to care
plans, and supporting the staff team to ensure delivery of high
quality of care.
About YOU: you will be resilient, a calm and
professional individual who ensures that the people being supported
are at the forefront of everything. You will be able to deal with
challenges and in a calm and structured way, and be an excellent
communicator both verbally and written, with strong IT skills. You
will be flexible and adaptable in your approach and be committed to
providing an excellent service.
Ideally you will be a car
driver with access to your own vehicle and be flexible to work on an
on call basis ( 1 in 4 weeks) and flexible to work on a rota
basis.
