Whatwe offer:

·       Fantastic Starting hourly rate £14+ share ofstaff tips of up to £2.00 per hour.

·       You don't need previous experience working in arestaurant, just a great attitude + a willingness to learn, we'll teach you therest! Dedicated 2 weeks training. You are here for- us and we are here for-You. We are so committed to supporting our new team we even have our ownSupport Manager who will meet with you weekly to ensure everything is great forthe first 4 weeks

·        We are looking for Sushi Chefs at alllevels from highly experienced and those who just started their journey towardsthis ART. As we currently providing private sushi classes for our guests, thatjust shows us that we are capable of teaching any of You to make a best rollyou ever have.

·        Ensuring safe andhigh-quality food is prepared, in a timely manner.

·      Chefs with passion for Japanese andPan-Asian food would be priority.

·       Setting upYour station and do the prep for your shift.

·       You will be performingvarious tasks including quality control of food, ensuring food safety, leadingthe preparation of food, following preparation timelines and fish cutting.

·        Following kitchen openingand closing procedures

·       Working a long side our talentedchefs-who will teach you to progress further! Our kitchen is where the magicbegins , we will teach youto take a pride in our amaizing food.

·        Always aim to learnnew things-sky is no limit here!

·        The right attitude isa must, experience is not. If you are ‘one of us’ and can do the above, we canteach you everything else.

·        Cross training ofother kitchen position available upon request.
