We are an Award Winning Restaurant Group serving the best in
Asian-Fusion Cuisine. We are seeking a talented Sushi Chef to join our
already established brigade in London

2 days off per week

Share of Tronc/Tips paid every two weeks - this works
at about £4000 per year
What We Require
Minimum one
years’ experience as a Sushi Chef working in a volume restaurant
A
positive/can do attitude
You must be able to cut the fish and have
experience making rolls/nigiri/maki
If you have experience in
other sections of the kitchen then even better
Salary: we
are happy to discuss Hourly paid options at £13 -16 per inc service
charge or £33,000 per year plus about £4,000 in service charge
