Sustainability Consultant

Full Job Description

A Sustainable Consultant is being sought to join this passionate team in the London, Leeds and Manchester offices of this well known consultancy.

With clients in the public and private, schemes ranging in complexity and different stages of build from "glint in the clients eye" to refurbishment planning.

They provide building modelling for occupant comfort, energy/carbon reduction and measuring bream, LEED or Nabers ratings.

You will need to be within a commutable distance of Leeds, London or Manchester, or seeking relocation.

The role will involve carrying out energy analysis and carbon modelling, carbon calculations, overheating and circular economy strategy; you will need to have gained at least 3 years PQE as a Sustainability Consultant.

It is expected that you will have a degree, understanding of Part L and fluency with simulation packages such as IES-VE, TAS or DesignBuilder.

You must have been working in a building physics/sustainability consultant post and are based within the Leeds, London or Manchester area.

Due to the nature of the projects being carried out, it is important that you can get security clearance and they are unable to offer sponsorship in these roles.
