Develops and maintains a favorable relationship with the surrounding community. Develops and coordinates programs to promote good will by disseminating information to the community and soliciting feedback from residents. Organizes and supports employee volunteer programs and coordinates with local groups. May participate in the organization's charitable giving programs as they affect community initiatives. May represent the organization at community gatherings or forums. Typical profile at this level: Has working knowledge and experience in own discipline. Continues to build knowledge of the organization, processes and customers. Performs a range of mainly straightforward assignments. Uses prescribed guidelines or policies to analyze and resolve problems. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.
