You will be required to provide guidance and support to the Outreach Workers and convene borough Multi-Disciplinary meetings, to advocate for identified participants at high risk panels, report serious safeguarding cases as appropriate.
You will work with other team members including the Homeless Prevention and Advice Service to ensure rough sleepers qualifying for assistance under the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017 are offered relief duty where appropriate.
You may be required to be carrying out outreach and offer support to rough sleepers by arranging appropriate support and accommodation to help prevent homelessness reoccurring. Your positive attitude towards your work and others will help to contribute to a great working environment.
