This outstanding local SEN school is on the look out for a dedicated teaching assistant to work 1:1 in the classroom. This is a full-time position, required from 8:30 to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday during term time.

The role would include providing support inside the classroom, but also outside, including participation in extracurricular activities. With approximately 50 pupils registered, this school is a popular choice within the local community and oversubscribed. Situated on a great site with bright, spacious classrooms, outdoor learning spaces, and excellent resources, this is an exceptional opportunity not to be overlooked in contributing to a dynamic learning environment

Working closely with the teaching staff, you'll provide essential support to students with a range of needs. Your responsibilities will include assisting in lesson planning and delivery, offering one-on-one guidance, and contributing to the seamless functioning of the school. Key Skills and Experience Needed:

Empathy, resilience, and a positive attitude
Willingness to learn
Experience with SEN/SEMH is desirable but not essential
GCSE Maths and English grade C or equivalent
