Position: Teaching Assistant

Salary: £400-£425 per week

Role Overview:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing tailored support to students, both individually and in small groups. Your primary focus will be nurturing a student-centered approach to learning, assisting with classroom activities, and ensuring that each student's unique requirements are addressed.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with teachers to deliver effective classroom support, adapting to the diverse needs of students.
• Cultivate an inclusive atmosphere that empowers students to reach their full potential.
• This is a full-time, ongoing position, with immediate openings available.

About You:

To qualify for the Teaching Assistant role, you should:

• Demonstrate the ability to build strong rapport with students, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Have previous experience working with children and young individuals with SEND.
• Possess excellent communication and behavior management skills.
• Be willing to provide suitable references and undergo a DBS check.
