- Technical and disciplinary management of the project management team in UK
- Overall responsibility of the execution phase for the regional solar inverter & battery storage supply contracts with a total portfolio volume of several gigawatts
- Identify and address project risks and roadblocks to minimize project delays and disruptions
- Foster a culture of collaboration and communication within the team
- Management of escalations and solution finding (internal/external)
- Interface management with other departments (e.g. sales, legal, product/R&D, operation, logistic, service)
- Introduce new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve project outcomes and increase team efficiency
- Project status & risk reporting to the high management

Full Job Description
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, industrial engineer or a similar field
- ~5 years of experience in technical design or project management in the solar PV or battery storage industry
- Ideally some years of team management experience in the project environment
- Technical and commercial knowledge about battery storage projects is a plus
- Strong solution- and goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent team player with strong social skills
- Assertiveness and strong communication skills
- Strong leadership skills and used to work on a multi-task environment
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Fluent command of written and spoken English at least C1. Chinese language skills are valuable
