Team Leader

Full Job Description

Rocasa Consulting are looking for an expereinced Team Leader to a join a friendly team, working for a homeless charity in a supported accommodation environment in Central Bath. Experience working with young adults with complex needs is essential. Managerial Experience is desirable also.

Role includes:

• Full time 37.5 hrs
• 28,753 per year
• Based in a supported housing accommodation in Bath(BA2)
• Participation in an on-call rota (approx. 1 in every 4 weeks)
• Maintain and provide KPI stats and information for accurate reporting
• Manage local projects, whilst maintaining a visible and active presence
• Proven knowledge and understanding of the care / support for people experiencing social exclusion
• Assisting team of support workers with daily tasks
• Providing emotional support to clients
• Safeguarding clients whereever necessary
