Role Purpose:

We are seeking a Technical Manager based in Kings Lynn to be the technical and compliance lead for our client, their customers, service providers and their growing team responsible for food safety, quality and legality.  

What you will be doing:

As a Technical Manager you will advise the product development team of all relevant food safety guidance and legislation, as well as ensuring product packaging compliance. Provide monthly reporting on compliance, growing, pest & disease, product quality, customer issues and complaints.  Liaise with team members on all matters related to product quality including leading the annual BRC certification renewal audit and oversee the HACCP, TACCP & VACCP systems.

What experience you'll have:

• Experience in a Quality assessing within food industry 
• HACCP, VACCP qualifications
• Understanding of trace testing
• Experience within BRC - Supply chain assurance
• Must have experience in running a QMS

About you:

• Worked in product testing or analysis
• Beneficial to have food quality certifications
• Strong Excel knowledge and skills
• Attention to detail, meticulous and really organised 
• Experience of quality control during production runs
