ECS Resource Group are currently working in partnership with a Global Managed Service provider, assisting them with the search for a Technical Product Owner on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will help drive product development and innovation, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Experience & Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, translating business requirements into actionable technical tasks.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritise user stories, and ensure timely delivery of releases.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Experience within FTTP, SOADSL, or Business Broadband.
• Telecoms background.
