Who you’ll be working with:

You will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team including Front and Back-end Development, UX, UI, Service Design, Solution Architects, Delivery and DevOps. You will be tackling interesting challenges for a large multinational organisation and delivering meaningful solutions for services (both new and existing, across online and offline touchpoints) that improve the lives of users who interact with them.

Key responsibilities:

You will:

  • Lead pr oduct vision and strategy for clients by developing and owning the product roadmap and backlog.
  • Prioritise features and enhancements based on market analysis, user/customer needs, business goals and other value-driving factors.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Clearly communicate product plans, trade-offs, and status through timely and transparent communications.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Research, and Business to break down complex requirements into executable specs and user stories.
  • Drive product KPIs by continuously monitoring performance, customer feedback and other metrics.
  • Optimise for user engagement, satisfaction and value creation.
  • Champion research, data-driven experiments and market analysis to inform product direction.
  • Identify new opportunities and pivot strategy based on insights.
  • Maintain release plans in conjunction with client’s and engineering, balancing speed to market, quality and budget.
  • Develop and iterate on the product roadmap and backlog, bridging the gap between clients and user needs and development execution.
  • P roactively identify and resolve risks and blockers that could impact delivery, design or user experience.
  • Coordinate across departments to align on priorities and ensure product efforts support overall goals.
  • Represent product and customer needs in planning and refinement sessions.
  • Lead agile ceremonies.Stay current on industry and technology trends, particularly in relation to the product environment and stack.

Experience and skills:

We’re looking for applicants with skills and experience in the following areas:

  • 7+ years combined experience in technical product management and software engineering roles, preferably web based applications, CMS, SaaS, integrations, etc.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on expertise in web development, mobile app development, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies (such as AWS and Azure).
  • Ability to dive deep into complex technical issues but also step back and view the big picture from the customer and user perspective.
  • Superb written, verbal and presentation skills to communicate effectively across functions.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and creative and pragmatic problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced agile environment and working cross-functionally - including leading product development in methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall.
  • Passion for identifying customer pain points and delivering technical solutions users love.
  • Good business knowledge and understanding of value chain and the important of ROI.
