About the Role

This is a brand new role for the company. They will be part of the core product team and report to the Head of Product. This role encompasses the full partner lifecycle, including onboarding, launch, maintenance, and system integrations. They will work closely with the platform and market teams to provide partners with seamless integrations and top-notch support. This role offers a chance to drive performance, contribute to business success, and enhance partner relationships.

Essential Skills

• Strong technical product understanding, particularly in SaaS and B2B environments.
• If you don't have prior experience working as a Developer or Engineer
• Knowledge of System integrations and what good looks like.
• Proven ability to manage B2B partner relationships and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Familiarity with software development kits (SDKs) and CRM systems.
• Expertise in analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Background in development or engineering, demonstrating a strong understanding of technical concepts and practices.
