Our highly renowned client is searching for a passionate and results-oriented Technical Project Lead (IPTL) to spearhead the successful delivery of cutting-edge engineering solutions.

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind projects, ensuring they meet all customer requirements and business objectives. You'll lead a talented team of engineers, following a structured, systems engineering V-model approach.

• Own the customer relationship, acting as the primary technical interface and leading negotiations for changes.
• Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial concept to final sign-off (including production ramp-up when applicable).

• Champion continuous improvement, driving best practices and innovative solutions within the team.

• A deep understanding of project management best practices (APMP or similar a plus).
• Expertise in applying systems engineering V-model methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate complex technical concepts.
