A market leading organisation are looking to add a Technical Project Manager to their growing design team in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire.
This company design and manufacture a range of detection-based safety technologies that are sold all over the UK. These products are used within the consumer electronics industry and they are looking to add a Technical Project Manager to their Engineering team.
Key responsibilities of the Technical Project Manager job:
- Manage the delivery of multiple projects covering the electronic, software and mechanical development of safety critical products
- Own and manage projects, ensuring they're delivered within allocated timeframes and budgets to deliver high quality products
- Combine both traditional and Agile project management methodologies
- Support the development and rollout of related processes and frameworks
Key skills / experience required for the Technical Project Manager job:
- Experience of product development and manufacturing
- Knowledge of project management methods (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM etc.)
- Experience of resource planning, managing budgets and prioritisation and experience producing and presenting reports, project plans, budgets and forecasts.
- Experience of working in a highly regulated environment would be beneficial
