Decarbonising Buildings through Hybrid HVAC, Chillers, Commercial Heat Pumps (Hydronic Based Systems) and CHP.

Candidate - Successful technicalsalesperson within the central plant cooling or heating HVAC industry selling into large high value project specifications via Consultants, Architects and Specialist M&E Specifiers. Technical, consultative, solution advisory sell, full turnkey approach to specialist, large scale and high value commercial heating or cooling projects through the RIBA specification stages.

The Position

This is a brand-new Technical Sales Engineer position that has been created due to unprecedented growth working for a global provider of water cooled air conditioning, chiller systems and commercial heat pumps, within a specialist Technical Sales team focused on water based central plant heating and cooling. You will manage existing specifierrelationships and develop new clients primarily with mechanical consultants, architects and specialist M&E specifiersinvolved with major UK commercial, offices, retail outlets, hotels, universities, schools, public buildings, restaurants, supermarkets, superstores, multi-site residential and critical infrastructure projects. You will have an industry leading product portfolio of the latest in energy efficient water cooled central plant, HVAC, chillers, precision cooling systems and other central plant solutions incorporating renewable technologies such as air to water and water to water heat pumps.

Experience Required

This is a highly specialist role in a team of experienced industry professionals so you must have a successful specification sales record selling HVAC, chillers or commercial heat pumps via consultants, architects and specialist M&E specifiers. Degree level candidates, ideally MEng or BEng and/or candidates with industry HVAC or refrigeration qualifications would be of great interest although not a pre-requisite. It is beneficial ifyou are used to working specifications through the RIBA stages.
