• Engineering technical experience will be essential for conversations with Senior Engineers and Engineering Managers.
• Knowledge of operation and maintenance of facilities
• Knowledge of ISO55000, PAS 55
• Knowledge and Experience of CMMS
• A confident capable speaker, able to articulate complex data processes and theory to many audience types.
• Technical author, able to produce high quality written communication
• Patience, consistency, and tactfulness
• Experience in Training delivery and creation of training materials
• Experience with mentoring and coaching others
• Project management skills
• Proficient in MS applications
• Approachable and able to form good relationships
• Able to inspire and motivate
• Resilient and resourceful
• An innovative approach to continuous improvement
• Attention to detail, quality driven approach
• Work on own initiative and manage own time

Desirable

• Accredited qualification in an Engineering or Technical subject e.g. HND, Degree
• Understanding of asset management
• Experience of implementing a framework such as the Quality, Charter Mark
