Multi-national company established more than 70 years ago are
currently recruiting a Technical Services Manager to deliver a 30M M&E
package on a Commercial Fit-Out project in East Central London.
Throughout their history, my client has worked on a number of
high-profile projects and continue to win projects for the future.
Due to an increased workload and continuous growth within
the business, they are currently looking for a Technical Services
Manager. The perfect candidate will ideally have experience providing
fit-out services across the Commercial sector with particular emphasis
on the Banking/Commercial/Labs sectors.
Responsibilities Include:
Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
Permits to work.
Overseeing the installation of mechanical & electrical programmes on
site.
Attending client meetings.
Management of outside
contractors
