An exciting job with a range of interesting responsibilities. The role is with an expanding medical equipment company largely in endoscopes and ventilators. This job is different every day being a  multi-fuctional position with responsibilities in logistics, technical support, administration and demonstration processes of high technology equipment.You will be a   key employee in receiving equipment, testing products and providing support to service colleagues as well as customers by telephone. The appointee will prepare and despatch demonstation equipment for UK hospitals and liasing with engineers on repairs, servicing and testing devices. He or she will communicate with hospital personnel and site based colleagues to ensure all are fully informed on the status of loan products for evakuation. 

Attention to detail is essential, excellent telephone communication is vital with hospital customers and a must is being a good team player. The desire to learn and progress your career is paramount. You will work in a custom designed facility only 400 metres from the town centre and near to public bus transport with car parking on site. 

Applicants should live within 15 miles of Ross on Wye, have full rights to work in the UK and be fluent in English.
