Technology Resilience Lead - London (Hybrid) - up to £75,000 + Bonus

La Fosse has partnered with a global leader in sustainable packaging, who are looking for a Technology Resilience Lead. You will focus on operational continuity and resilience, and responsible for bolstering technology frameworks and ensuring business continuity.

Role Description:

• Define standards for technology resilience and manage Disaster Recovery programs.
• Collaborate with IT teams to maintain backups and conduct data restoration exercises.
• Test Disaster Recovery plans, monitor key performance indicators, and align efforts with operational resilience frameworks.
• Develop resilience plans, policies, and procedures to mitigate threats.
• Report to the Operational Resilience Manager and strengthen the global technology infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Expertise in IT, disaster recovery planning, and cybersecurity.
• Preferred certifications in relevant disciplines (CompTIA Network +, CompTIA Security +, CISM, CISSP or COBIT 5)
• Baseline knowledge of resilience frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27002 and COBIT)
