Our client is a well-regarded consultancy that exclusively works within the telecommunications sector. They are committed to assisting their clients in establishing secure and robust telecom infrastructure.
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Advisor to the team and play a pivotal role in advising their clients on achieving technical security excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Radio Access Network (RAN) technologies, particularly in 5G and OpenRAN, along with a strong understanding of business continuity principles and monitoring and analysis practices within the telecom sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and advice to telecom suppliers on technical security standards, with a focus on Radio Access Network technologies, including 5G and OpenRAN.
- Collaborate with telecom suppliers to ensure compliance with technical security requirements and standards.
- Assess the business continuity plans of telecom suppliers, working closely with them to enhance resilience and responsiveness to potential outages or disruptions.
- Conduct monitoring and analysis of telecom networks and systems, utilising advanced threat-hunting techniques to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Work closely with telecom suppliers and regulatory authorities facilitating communication and fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency.
