Telesales Manager

Full Job Description

This exciting company in Halesowen is looking for a Telesales Manager to drive their business forward, the successful candidate must have a proven track record of communicating at senior levels and development of a team.

The main duties will be:

• Deliver profitable revenues against clear and agreed KPIs
• Motivate, train and develop the telesales and telemarketing teams.
• Develop scripts and topic guides for use in lead generation
• Managing team compensation structure and performance metrics

The ideal candidate will have the following Skills:

• Ability to effectively handle multiple projects
• Ability to prioritise workloads as well as meet tight deadlines
• Excel/Microsoft/powerpoint/Word is essential
• Knowledge of CRM and SAP systems preferable
• Line management Experience
• Experience in Telemarketing activities
• Proven telesales management experience
