Full Job Description

As a motivated Senior Specialist in the Market Insights, Performance & Analytics Team (MIPA), you will be part of BCG’s Global Marketing & Communication (M&C) function, responsible for leveraging full potential of internal and external data, building automated analytics solutions and supporting the overall M&C data operations model. Your contribution will unlock insights into marketing performance for BCG leadership and support top-level decision making.
  • Translate stakeholders’ strategic and tactical questions into data and analytics requirements. 
  • Lead data analysis in key work streams from identifying the data sources to data visualization.
  • Pull, consolidate and enrich data to meet critical data quality standards. 
  • Design and build data visualizations to surface actionable insights. 
  • Test data quality and data analytics features of new tools to support data sourcing decisions. 
  • Leverage AI and GenAI tools for data processing and insights generation. 
  • Identify automation opportunities during data analysis and report generation process, build automated and sustainable solutions where possible. 
  • Provide advice and guide worldwide M&C teams on marketing analytics. 
  • Analytical thinking: You possess the ability to structure, design and conduct analyses to answer strategic and operational questions.  
  • Passion for data: You exhibit a deep appreciation for data and dig deep to understand data in its every nuance. 
  • Insight Generation: You demonstrate a commitment to uncover valuable insight. 
  • Technical Proficiency: You enjoy upgrading your abilities in data processing, analysis, and visualization applications. 
  • Collaborative approach: You embrace an agile working approach and build relationships based on trust. 
  • 3 years’ experience in Data Analysis, Business Insights or Market Research. 
  • You are familiar with data sources, tools and analytical methods. 
  • You have superior skills in using MS Excel, Tableau and Alteryx to perform data analysis. Experience of AI-based tools is a plus. 
  • First experience in Marketing and Communications is an advantage, enabling you to effectively communicate insights and drive strategies.
