Temporary Ad-Hoc Receptionist

Camberley - Free parking on site

Training dates available week commencing 22/04 and 29/04

We are currently representing our client in their search for a Temporary Ad-hoc Receptionist to assist with holiday cover throughout the year. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of the front desk operations and upholding the highest standards of customer service excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and common areas.
  • Coordinate with other staff members to ensure efficient office operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanour and appearance.
