About the Role  

As a Terex Placement Engineer you will join a dedicated engineering team with fantastic opportunities to learn, develop and put your last 2-year learnings into practice.  You will cover a structured placement programme to ensure that the experience is both practical and compliments the degree programme that you are following.  The programme consists of work-based learning, skills training and working alongside our most experienced team members.

You'll experience first-hand what it's like to be part of our team and get a good feel of our culture and experience working for a global manufacturing company. You will have an opportunity to develop your skills by working on real-life projects. 

About you

  • Driven and desire to learn

  • Currently studying a degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering

  • Excellent Knowledge of basic engineering principles

  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken

  • Ability to quickly and continuously learn

  • Numerical skills

  • IT literate

  • Determination to achieve results

  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Ability to work with others to meet deadlines

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Techniques

  • Continuous improvement focused
