Position: Test Engineer
Location: Avonmouth
Salary Up to 37,600 - 41,100 including shift allowances

Role Overview: As a Test Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of our products. Drawing on your expertise in electrical engineering, you will be responsible for conducting tests, analyzing data, and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal functionality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct tests on electrical systems and components according to established procedures.
- Analyze test data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues.
- Collaborate with design engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
- Develop and implement test plans and procedures to ensure product quality.
- Maintain accurate records of test results and findings.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input to improve product performance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards at all times.

Qualifications:
- Electrical apprenticeship or equivalent experience (Level 3)
- Proven experience as a Test Engineer or similar role.
