Salary: Up to 42,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity awaits a highly skilled and motivated Theatre Practitioner specializing in Anaesthetics to join a prestigious private hospital in Great Missenden. As a pivotal member of the surgical team, the successful candidate will contribute significantly to delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining the hospital's high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides expert support and assistance during the anaesthetic phase of surgical procedures.
• Collaborates closely with the surgical and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the theatre.
• Monitors patients' vital signs and responds promptly to any changes during the anaesthetic phase.
• Prepares and maintains the anaesthetic equipment, ensuring safety and functionality.
• Upholds the highest standards of infection control and patient safety.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Holds a valid NMC or HCPC registration as a Theatre Practitioner with a specialization in Anaesthetics (LNA).
• Demonstrates proven experience working in anaesthetics within a theatre setting.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibits the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
