The role of a Theatre Practitioner -
Anaesthetics/Recovery comes with a Band 5/6 salary, dependent on

As a Theatre
Practitioner - Anaesthetics/Recovery, your responsibilities will
include:
- Providing exemplary patient care in a theatre setting, carrying out Scrub, Anaesthetic and/or Recovery duties.
- Assessing patient's health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.
- Promoting best practice and contributing towards quality improvements.
- Collecting, collating, and organising data, interpreting all of the information, and making a justifiable assessment.

The ideal candidate for the
Theatre Practitioner - Anaesthetics/Recovery role should:
- Be a qualified Nurse or ODP with experience in anaesthetics and recovery or scrubbing.
- Hold a valid NMC or HCPC pin with no conditions or restrictions.
- Be able to build and hold relationships with consultants.
- Have excellent communication skills.
