Are you a passionate Theatre Practitioner with a speciality in Anaesthetics/Recovery? If so, our client is on the lookout for you! This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team in a leading independent hospital group in Cambridge. The role of a Theatre Practitioner - Anaesthetics/Recovery comes with a Band 5/6 salary, dependent on experience. As a Theatre Practitioner - Anaesthetics/Recovery, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exemplary patient care in a theatre setting, carrying out Scrub, Anaesthetic and/or Recovery duties.
  • Assessing patient's health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.
  • Promoting best practice and contributing towards quality improvements.
  • Collecting, collating, and organising data, interpreting all of the information, and making a justifiable assessment.

The ideal candidate for the Theatre Practitioner - Anaesthetics/Recovery role should:

  • Be a qualified Nurse or ODP with experience in anaesthetics and recovery or scrubbing.
  • Hold a valid NMC or HCPC pin with no conditions or restrictions.
  • Be able to build and hold relationships with consultants.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
